Honestly, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. We shelled out a good amount of cash for what was advertised as high-quality, thick laminate flooring. We hired pros to install it in two of our new extension rooms, and guess what? It’s riddled with gaps. Then we thought we’d tackle the hallway ourselves. We followed all the steps, used a mallet to fit the pieces together, and it looked fantastic at first. But three months down the line, gaps started popping up again! The company sent someone to check the floor (before we did our part), and they claimed it was due to the stagger gaps. Sure, there were a couple of spots where the gaps weren’t big enough, but that doesn’t explain the gaps all over the place—especially in the utility room where the stagger gaps were just fine. We did everything by the book, and now our hallway floor is full of gaps, even though we did it right. I’d steer clear of this company and their laminate flooring; it’s subpar and a real pain to install. It took us over ten hours just to lay a small hallway! Most pieces don’t fit together well, and it takes forever to get them to loosen up. Customer service has been unhelpful and won’t admit that I might have a faulty batch or that this flooring isn’t up to par. Now we’re stuck with the task of ripping this floor out and finding something better, but I won’t be going back to this company.

This herringbone flooring is quite impressive. Sadly, we miscalculated and needed to send back some of it. Liv from the Aftersales team was super helpful with our return questions. Overall, it was a great experience, especially since the floor looks fantastic.

So far, I've had an awesome time ordering the sample and putting in my order for LVT. Fingers crossed that the flooring and products that arrive will be just as perfect!

The samples showed up fast and were top-notch in both quality and size.

I got sent broken and snapped accessories three times. The online area calculator also led to some pricey issues. The job couldn't be completed, which meant I had to pay the fitter twice, cover Luxury Flooring's postage two times, and deal with all the hassle. I reached out to customer service to find out where it says how much extra flooring to order for a herringbone pattern. They told me the site doesn’t provide that info. Just a whole lot of trouble from the beginning and still not done.
